OUR CHARITY NEEDS YOU!
Are you interested in volunteering?
Whether you prefer to gather stuff, pack stuff or deliver stuff, know that our many volunteers and donors are the bedrock of Stephen’s Backpacks and no matter what you choose to do, you are helping to deliver Hope to children in need. At Stephen’s Backpacks we have volunteer opportunities all year round!
Individual & Families
You can help by:
- Gathering and donating NEW items for Back-To-School or Christmas Backpacks.
- Making up NEW backpacks to drop off at our warehouse.
- Coming to our warehouse to assemble backpacks (all ages welcome, with supervision).
- Assembling furniture and assisting with our FOUR SEASONS OF HOPE project.

School & Groups
You can help by:
- Participating in any of our PROJECTS. We have had entire schools make backpacks. We will come by to help get you started. Teachers and Group Leaders can get more information on the timing and scope of any projects you are interested in by contacting our Executive Director.
- We are always interested in speaking at your school or to your group as part of our GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP project.

Businesses
You can help by:
- Arranging team-building events to assist any of our PROJECTS, for example assembling backpacks at our warehouse.
- Sponsoring or participating in our FOUR SEASONS OF HOPE project or any of our PROJECTS.
- Holding fundraising events such as BBQ’s or Golf Tournaments, which highlight your generosity to the community.
- Purchasing our gourmet cutting boards as gifts for your employees, clients and customers – free laser engraving with your logo etc. available. See THE A-TEAM and GIFT SHOP.
